Product Designer

We're seeking a Product Designer with 4+ years of experience. Our headquarters are in Harrisburg, PA but this position may be 100% remote. (Excludes CA).

As Product Designer, you'll bring a unique mix of creativity, business sense and technical acumen to take products from idea to reality. You take a human-centered, collaborative approach: connecting the know-how of a diverse team to design tools that make a real impact in people's lives.
You're a cross-functional team player, with a track record creating successful outcomes for users and clients. You uphold a high-quality design standard with an eye for detail. Above all, you approach problems holistically and collaboratively to create elegant solutions that put the user first.
You will join a team of talented strategists, HCD experts, engineers, and product managers to create a variety of compelling digital experiences that build brands and businesses.
Responsibilities
- Act as creative lead on projects while providing deliverables at every stage of software product and ui design - including information architecture, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and visual assets
- Collaborate with client stakeholders from various parts of their organization to drive successful cross-functional outcomes
- Advocate for users by continuously iterating, identifying areas of improvement, and evolving core products and experiences
- Contribute to long-term product vision, design systems, brand guidelines, and internal design collaboration processes
- Help establish team rituals for design reviews and UX workshops
- Stay current on all existing, new, and emerging trends, tools, and technologies to help us craft world-class user experiences
- Work within a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment with full autonomy
- Contribute to a creative, supportive culture for your project teams and the agency as a whole
Ideal Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience creating software products and services
- Experience shipping 2+ successful products, including defining vision, strategy, outcome-driven product roadmaps and creating and managing backlogs
- Experience helping teams adopt and follow best practices, including agile delivery, feature prioritization, product definition and roadmapping
- Ability to create, maintain, and enhance a project's design system
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your talents and experience in creating beautiful, user-friendly experiences
- Mastery of common design and collaboration software, including Figma, Miro, and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience
- CSS and JavaScript experience a big plus - particularly frontend frameworks such as React and VueJS
