4 weeks of vacation and 1 week of sick time. Plus all the usual holidays (even between Christmas and New Year’s). We even include Super Bowl Monday! Oh, and we offer up to a month sabbatical starting at 7 consecutive years of working with us (with more goodies added at each new milestone!).


Option to participate in a comprehensive PPO plan that includes vision and dental. There’s no annual deductible in our plan, and for many employees, there are limited out-of-pocket recurring costs other than copays.

Paid Parental Leave

We offer paid parental leave for both primary (45 days) and secondary caregivers (15 days) in the case of both births and adoptions.


andculture offers a simple IRA with employer matching after your first year.

Nerd Night

Once a month, we stay after hours to play games, eat pizza and nerd out. Friends and family are welcome!


Our annual tradition: we put business on hold for a day of fun and games. It’s one of our favorite days of the year. And not just because there are adult beverages.

The Scrum Master is responsible for promoting and supporting Scrum as defined in the Scrum Guide. Scrum Masters do this by helping everyone understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values.
