As Hershey Center for Applied Research (HCAR)'s marketing and public relations partner, we are tasked with grabbing the attention of growing, entrepreneurial research organizations around the world.
Together, we set out to put Hershey on the map using interactive web development and email-marketing tactics that highlighted the many amenities offered at HCAR. It didn’t take long for our collaborative efforts to pay off with the signing of HCAR’s second international tenant, a contract research organization from Australia.
Using our success as a proof of concept, we developed an outreach campaign that addressed the needs of Australian biotechnology organizations looking to for a "soft landing" in the U.S. The campaign highlighted success stories from past tenants, strategic business services and support provided by the HCAR team, and special financial incentives available through the research park.
What We Did
- Researched growing biotechnology companies in Australia and built a prospect list of more than 300 qualified organizations that could benefit from the services and support provided by HCAR.
- Created an illustrative visual style and tone, that reflects Australian design trends and business culture.
- Designed an animated lander page and email campaign featuring the HCAR team, services and support available to new tenants.
