Ah, the new year. A time for reflection and resolution. As we look ahead to 2015, we want to take a few moments to reflect on the last year.
The Andculture brand evolved.
Much like culture itself, Andculture’s brand is always evolving. This year, we became Craftsmen of Change and Culture and rolled out a refreshed identity.
We welcomed Shane Shearer to the Andculture family.
Even this savvy developer couldn’t escape a good ‘ol Andculture “hoffing.”
Andculture incubated and launched two new products.
Andculture’s homegrown mobile advertising app, Hatchback, and employee health platform, AndGo, were released.
Mark Kandrysawtz was named CEO.
Mark is no stranger to Andculture. Before becoming CEO, Mark served as Vice President of Agency Services and Director of Experience Design & Strategy.
The #catsofandculture hashtag was introduced.
Andculture employees love their cats so much they created a hashtag just for them.
We introduced eight new core values.
Andculture is always striving to be the best. These new values set the tone for 2014 and beyond: Be Curious, Invite Friction, Be Proactive, Respect and Serve, Fight the Good, Seek Simplicity, Be an Asset and Finish Strong.
Four Andculture employees tied the knot.

We won a few awards.
Andculture won a W3 Award from the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts and an honorable mention from Awwwards.
Andculture kicked off its new speaking program.
A handful of employees participated in speaking engagements at colleges, conferences and workshops across the northeast, and we've only just begun!
The office got a makeover.
It’s the same office we all know and love, but the pink chairs, hanging artwork and Medieval-inspired whiteboards add a little something extra.
